May 2009: President Obama Announces that the Terrorist would be tried in Feceral Courts. November 2009: Obama's Administration (Eric Holder) Says: Khalod Sheikj Mohammed and the 4 others WILL be tried in Manhattan. January 2010: Obama says they have abandoned plans to have the trials in Manhattan. January 20111: Obama very reluctantly signs a bill that includes a provision that bars Guantanamo detainees to be transferred to US Soil. April 2011 (Yesterday): In a major reversal, Some 500 days after the first announcement Eric Hold, a member of the 3 Stooges (Holder, Obama and Napolitano)
announces that the Obama Administration decided to try Khalod Sheikj Mohammad and the 4 others on a Military Commission and NOT in a Civilian court.
All this and Invading Libya at the same time!
Oh yes, snd on the very same day Obama Formally Launches his Re-Election Campaign. Geez, I thought that he was Campaigning for the past Two Years!
