At 8:46 AM, a hijacked American Airlines jet bound for Los Angeles, crashed into the North Tower of the World Trade Center. It was first believed to be an accident, perhaps a error on the part of a Air Traffic Controller. . But soon after at 09:03 AM., a second hijacked plane, a United Airlines plane also from Boston and bound for Los Angeles slams into the South Tower, causing a tremendous explosion and fire in the upper floors. Now both towers are on fire and we saw the people jumping out of the windows to their certain death. Soon after ALL airports around New York were closed. . And ALL tunnels and bridges in the New York were also closed.
You had to walk over one of the bridges in order to get home. All trains were closed. All skyscrapers were evacuated. At 9:38 another American Airlines flight that was also hijacked, crashed into the Pentagon in Washington DC. All Government buildings were evacuated. The White House was evacuated. At 10:05 a.m. the South Tower of the World Trade Center fell to the ground. The streets surrounding filled with smoke, dust and flying debris. People were running for their lives, the stores near by were filled with people cramming in to get out of the stampede of people running thru the streets. Fire engines and police cars were coming while everyone was going. Fire fighters were running up the stars of the buildings while everyone was running down.
At 10:10 AM. A section of the Pentagon collapses. And soon after the hijacked United Airlines from Newark to San Francisco crashed into a field near Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. This airplane was probably shot down by U.S. jet fighters, though it was reported to have crashed due to the fighting passengers in the plane. Who knows?
From my office, that is only about 4 miles away, we were able to see the flames, see the smoke and smell the fumes. And for several weeks afterwards as I pulled my car out of the garage from under the office building the smell and the smoke was still visible on the horizon.
So as the clock ticks down to next Sunday’s 10th Anniversary of the 9-11 attacks, it's not hard not to remember the events of that terrible day and the attack on our Country, and my City, and the days that followed. The attack that changed this Country forever and the rest of entire world as well.
September the 11th, 2001 the day that shocked the entire world. The day that changed the entire world. Why did it happen? What did we do to deserve such a catastrophe? A catastrophe, a tragedy, an event that has brought new meaning to the word “HATE”. To say that this “event” changed the world is an understatement. We now take off our shoes in order to board an airplane, we stand in long lines and empty our pockets, we get our bodies x rayed, we see our parents and grandparents and our children treated like cattle and embarrassed by being made to stand in booths while some moron who never got past 5th grade views their naked bodies and pats them down and sometimes even getting their jollies doing it. My wife can’t even board a plane with a bottle of perfume, or a nail-file in her hand-bag. I don’t know how it is in your City, but here in New York ever since that day, in every Airport and in every large train station we have uniformed and armed National Guard Man and Women with Dogs standing patrol, every day at all hours of the day and night. A sight I can only remember when I went to the seeing in the movies seeing movies of World War II.
The financial impact on this country and the world has been enormous. We have seen and heard new terms such as “If you see something, say something” on the radio, the TV, and on trains and planes allover. Terms like “Shoe-bomber”, “Underwear Bomber”, “Christmas Day Bomber”, “Times Square Bomber”. And what did ALL these “Bombers” have in common? If I say that they were ALL Muslims, I’d be labeled as a Racist. Well guess what, I don’t give a Rats Ass. It is what it is.
This week is the Anniversary of that awful day . We remember the people and their families who had their lives stolen from them by cowards ten years ago. We may still hurt inside, the New York skyline may look different, and we may never look at things the same way as we did prior to that , but we will overcome this cowardly act. And we will never forget it. And we will not ever yield to terrorism.

Have we forgotten the 3,00 men and women who burned to death in the World Trade Center?

Have we forgotten what we owe our dead and what we owe our children. We've even forgotten who attacked us, as our current president won’t even use the name “Terrorists” or “Muslims” when referring to that attack. That day we remembered year after year and that has been forever be etched into our memories has been re-named the “National Day of Service” by Our Dear Leader. Have we betrayed the memory of our dead, by doing this? Instead of killing terrorists, our own president wishes to close the prison that is holding them and protecting us from these DOGS ever doing this again!. Do we owe them something? No, THEY are the enemy, not us! We have nothing to feel guilty about as some of these leftist especially those in Hollywood say.
Instead of relentlessly hunting these Islamic madmen and killing them like they want to do to us , we seek to appease them. We see our president traveling the world and apologizing for American being as he calls it “ARROGANT” We build places for them to worship in places that were once places for OUR recreation. In our schools, in our baseball parks, in our airports! We even are entertaining the idea of them building a Mosque at Ground Zero called the Cordoba Mosque that will symbolize “Triumph over America.” Are we crazy? While our enemy’s are working right here in the United States. We have to hold up and aruge about the name we will be calling it and where will we put this or that, will we let this ground in or not, anything to slow down the the rebuilding of Ground Zero because we don’t have the balls to even give the new building the proper name.. Yes naming the building has delayed the rebuilding of the new World Trade Towers. There are SPECIAL INTEREST groups they want to name it the "Freedom Tower" so that they can incorporate “Slavery” with the tragedy. The very site where nearly 3,000 people were killed is being delayed because of that. But finally the name “Freedom Tower” is out. One World Trade Center is in. It’s been Ten years and it’s still not re-build . So it’s 10 years later and I still have to ask you my fellow Americans, have we forgotten the shock and the patriotic fury that us Americans felt on that bright September morning Ten years ago. Have we forgotten our fellow citizens leaping from those flaming skyscrapers.
Have we forgotten the courage of airline passengers who would not surrender to terror in that field in Pennsylvania .

As you see in the headlines all over these days, It’s OK for a Black Congressman Andre Carson who is a high ranking member of Congressional Black Caucus says that “the Tea-Party on Capitol Hill would like to see African Americans hanging from trees and accuses the movement of wishing for a return to the Jim Crow era” And he gets away with that outrageous remark, nobody finds that to be not only insane but as RACIST as can be! And don't dare to mention the fact that Michelle Obama has a big ass or that she and her Hubby love to pig out on Hamburgers etc while she preaches Healthy Eating habits. No we are not allowed to do that or we will be labeled as a racist. Oops, I guess that I am. Instead of protecting law-abiding Americans, we reject profiling at Airports to avoid offending terrorists. So we confiscate a bottle of shampoo at the airport because the half-empty container could hold 3.5 ounces of liquid. And we stand in long lines taking off our shoes, belts, etc. etc. etc. And we stand inside X-Ray booths so that we can be photographed naked, or we see our wives, children, parents being felt-up and degraded my morons who never got past 5th grade. These Islamic Radicals who are our enemies have been pursuing nuclear weapons right under our eyes laugh at us. We've forgotten the men and women who burned to death or suffocated in the Pentagon. And on that field in Pennsylvania where Todd Beamer’s last known words were, "Let's roll!" We've forgotten our promises, our vows, and our commitments to those people, those brave hero’s.. Heroes are sometimes hard to find these days, but they weren’t have to find on that day. There were 100's if not 1,000's of them, dressed in Fireman’s uniforms, Policeman’s uniforms, EMS uniforms. And in plain street cloths. And that emotional sight all over New York, in the streets in the subways and in the shadow of Ground Zero where the relatives and friends walked around in a daze holding pictures and signs of the names of their missing loved ones hoping to find one. All of us New Yorkers remember the smell most of all. Sort of a burnt smell that hung over Ground Zero and the rest of the city for weeks and weeks.
NYC no longer has the tallest US landmark. Our skyline was changed forever. The whole world changed that day, when 3,000 of our innocent citizens were murdered. I can still remember that day myself , I remember the candlelight vigils, and the people being extra-polite to other people. I still remember the smell of smoke that lingered for over a month. The cars riding around with American flags and bumper stickers saying “Get Osama bin Laden” The families of the people that were lost wandering around all over the City holding pictures of their loved ones with that zombi-like gaze in their eyes.
Yes, patriotism was everywhere. But where is it today? Where is the George Bush of that day, he is replaced by a man who is more interested in giving the enemy so called justice! In freeing these murderers and killers, these radical Islamic terrorists who are a a waste of human flesh. And when he’s not, he and his wife are on vacation spending what is left of the taxpayers money. The memory of those planes crashing into the Twin Towers, the Pentagon and the one that crashed into the Pennsylvanian field, will be etched into people's minds forever. And yet they Democratic Government won’t even allow these pictures to be shown on TV any longer. Why? Can we not relive the pictures of people jumping out of windows holding hands with each other? The pictures of those brave firefighters dying by the dozen. WHY? WHY NOT?
Have we betrayed the memory of our dead? If so then in doing so, we betrayed ourselves and our country. Has this new brand of politicians have surrendered.. Turning the name 9/11 (September the 11th), from a Day Of Mourning to a Day Of Service, is not going to stop people like you or me to remember that day, and how we STILL feel about it. Trust me, no matter how hard Obama tries there is no way that he or these fools around him can rewrite the history of 9-11. They can call it “HUG A COMMIE DAY” or “BOW DOWN TO A KING DAY”, it don’t matter, it ain’t going to happen, enough is enough! How much more "UN-American" crap are we going to take? This guy is gonna make us REAL AMERICANS - (Yes, you heard me) - REAL AMERICANS, Americans who LOVE this country, rise up, as we see it happening all over right now. Only it’s called the Tea Party. . You thought that America would never become a Socialist Nation? But these are all the things that this president is TRYING to do, he is going to destroy this country. As the years go by, our memories fade to a certain degree, but we will never Forget. These images will remain in my memory forever.
